The sizes displayed online are the same as those on the labels of our items. We use French sizes for all our products.
On each product page, a link to our Size Guide helps you find the right fit, with a clear indication of whether the model runs true to size, large, or small.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a summary email with a tracking link.
- Standard Colissimo shipping is free within metropolitan France.
- Express shipping in France and all international deliveries are charged.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on distance, weight, and volume.

Cancellation or Modification
If you wish to cancel or modify your order before it is shipped, please contact us at +33 (0)5 65 60 58 24 (press 2) or by email at shop@maisonfabre.com. We will do our best, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
Returns are accepted within one month of receipt, provided the products are in their original condition, with the invoice and a return authorization number.
As lamb leather is delicate, gloves must not be marked or damaged. Any return of a damaged product may be refused or may result in a deduction for repair costs.
Return Form
1. Contact our Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number and shipping label
2. Pack the products in their original box and carton with all accessories.
3. Print the return authorization email and the carrier label.
4. Drop off the package at the post office or arrange a pickup (DHL or FEDEX for international customers).
Refund
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 20 business days.

Which gloves are the warmest for winter?
The warmest gloves in winter are those made of shearling, providing optimal thermal insulation.
We use exclusively natural materials from livestock raised for meat consumption in France and Italy. All our suppliers comply with European standards regarding:

- Social conditions
- London Tan corresponds to a dark brown.
- Our gloves are made from natural animal materials sourced from farms in France and Italy, adhering to traceability and sustainability standards.
Lamb, Peccary, Deer Leather
- Store gloves away from light and humidity.
- Clean with a soft, damp cloth, baby milk, or a pH-neutral soap.
- Dry flat, away from any heat source.
Velvet Lamb, Suede, Shearling
- Apply a spray water repellent before first use.
- If wet, let them dry naturally flat
