Delivery
Each Maison Fabre order is prepared with the utmost care in our workshops before dispatch.
Shipments are handled by secure carriers and delivered against signature.
France
- Standard delivery is complimentary for orders over €100 (incl. VAT).
- Express delivery is available (additional charge applies).
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.
European Union
- Delivery is complimentary for orders over €100 (incl. VAT).
- No customs duties apply within the European Union.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
International (outside the European Union)
- Orders are shipped via secure express service.
- Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees may be required by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- For reference, import duties may represent approximately 8% to 15% of the declared value depending on the country (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea, China).
- Maison Fabre cannot intervene in the assessment of these charges, which are determined by local authorities.
Returns and/or Exchanges
Maison Fabre is committed to offering an impeccable experience. Should an item not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Any return request must be submitted in advance to our Customer Service team.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned:
- in perfect condition
- unworn and unused
- in their original packaging
- accompanied by all items originally included
Any product returned incomplete, worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Maison Fabre reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
Metropolitan France
Returns are complimentary for orders exceeding €100 (excluding initial shipping costs).
European Union
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
International (outside the European Union)
- Returns from countries outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the customer.
- It is mandatory to clearly indicate on the parcel: “Returned goods – No commercial value”
- Failure to include this statement may result in customs duties and import taxes being charged upon re-entry of the goods into France.
- Such charges will remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Maison Fabre cannot be held responsible for customs formalities or charges related to the country of dispatch.
Exchanges and Refunds
- Exchanges are processed subject to stock availability.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Items purchased online may also be returned in our boutiques.
