HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY GLOVES ?
How to properly care for one’s gloves have become an important public concern.
In order to guarantee your protection, we are currently testing our leather to verify that it they may be washed by hand, with cold water and soap as well as with alcohol disinfectant. Our results are very encouraging…
After washing your gloved hands with cold water, allow your gloves to dry away from direct heat sources, as well as the sun.
To return their form and subtleness put your gloves back on before they are completely dry.
You may equally apply alcohol disinfectant gel to gloved hands.
Before closing either of the two solutions, we recommend to perform a test on a hidden, or interior part of the glove, using a clean, moist, white cloth with soap or alcohol disinfectant gel.
* If your cloth has traces of colour, washing with soap and water or disinfectant gel won’t be possible. In this case only dry cleaning is recommended.
* If the cloth doesn’t have any trace of colour, your gloves may be washed or disinfected without problem.

IS ONLINE BUYING STILL POSSIBLE ?
Of course our e-boutique is accessible, as always 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The delivery delays could be longer than usual but we are all learning patience in these trying times…
WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT DELIVERY TIMES ?
Our post office in France has announced a reduction in deliveries of 3 days per week.
Because of this, the delivery times can be extended.
We invite you to participate in our #delivermelater operation, specify while ordering
in the "Additional information" box of the delivery information, that you wish to be delivered only after stay at home orders have ended.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SPECIAL ORDER FROM THE WORKSHOP ?
We here at Maison Fabre have taken all measures to comply with our government’s orders.
The majority of our staff is confined with their families until a new order from the government.
Only a very small part of the dedicated team remains, because we are lucky to have such a longstanding family here at work for several generations.
IS IT STILL POSSIBLE TO PICK UP MY PARCEL FROM SHOPS ?
This service isn’t possible at this time.
WHICH DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE OPEN TO ME AT THIS TIME ?
To limit contact, only Colissimo (like DHL) deliveries are now possible.
Thus, your package will be slipped into your mailbox or that of the recipient of your choice, or left in front of your door.
HOW MAY I RETURN AN ARTICLE ?
In light of postal delays and extenuating circumstance we have decided to extend return and exchange times. They are now 60 days from the order date by post.Normal rules apply, as indicated in our section FAQ.
HOW CAN I STAY IN CONTACT WITH THE WORKSHOP ?
